Anyone from OHIO?

I am currently losing weight and need more people to help motivate me more out there to keep me motivated. I started eating healthier on July 17, but started a strict diet from my doctor on July 21, 2014. My weight was at 275.8lbs on July 17th. Today July 30th I am at 265lbs even. I have lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks from eating healthier. I cut out the pop and junk food all together back on July 17 up until now because I had too. I have been on this diet called the Dash Diet but its extra strict!

I can NOT have:

Bread/Grain Products

Dairy Products

Fruit/Juice Products

Red Meat

Potatoes/Products

Corn/Products

Carrot/Products

Bean(Chili, kidney, etc). 

Tomatoes/Products


I can have :

Chicken Breast/Strips Only

Turkey(sauasage & bacon)

Fish (Salmon, Rainbow Trout)

Tuna (Albacore Tuna, canned tunna with water)

Shrimp, Crab, Lobster

Any Vegetables but NO tomatoes or tomato products.

I have to eat 4 egg whites, 1 yolk every morning either scrambled or omolette style.

Snacks I can have are pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, mixed nuts, almonds (ALL lightly salted) and Fat Free any flavor pudding (90calories) (:
