So, hubby works from home, which means (at least for me) that he rolls out of bed any time between 9 and 12 and works until, well... any hour of the night. Sure he checks his email here and there but most he's working on stuff.

So, I approach him today and I said, "I know your busy and you have a lot of things you need to do, so I was thinking that everyday, we can pre-set the time like from 7-8 or 8-9 or whenever, you do what I NEED you to get done, like put up the smoke detectors. And if I don't need anything then you're off the hook." He responds with, "yeah, that's a great idea, I can do that." *My heart beats faster. "But I'm too busy right now why don't we start it another time." *I wanted to throw something at him! I replied, "Honey, you're always busy, and that's the point. We don't have to set a time right now, but I'm not waiting until you're not busy to start this!"

Any thoughts?!

That does not seem unreasonable to me. What seems unreasonable is how late he sleeps. WOW
That would not fly in my house. lol
