Hey. I'm Michele and my hubby works out of our house and I truly love it. He is here if I need to go off and do something without one or both of the children!

I would love to know how everyone else feels...

I have to say, that I love the convience of my husband working from home. Like another mom said, if my son's sleeping, I can run an errand by myself.

However, I'm the type of person that recharges from alone time. And I get absolutely NONE. Husband always wants me near, and sometimes it drives me crazy! I was so excited about his work trip the week, but now my son is majorly sick, and I'm dreading hubby being away! AHHHH!

I really like this group because its not like any other. We really understand when our hubbies are constantly underfoot. I too really need my down time when the boys are napping and it feels like I am cleaning up more after him than our boys. I LOVE when he has to go to New Hampshire for day trips. There is a different vibe in the house. I can't really explain it.

LOL. Having a husband at home is like having an extra child... that's untrainable. I mean how many times do I have to ask him to put his clothes in the laundry basket... how hard is it to do that! I get so frustrated when I've worked so hard to clean everthing and then I turn around and he's left a mess!

My husband just started working from home (full-time) He has his own business and we decided to work together from home to save money.  So far there are things I love about it but I will admit I escape at some point during the day or I send him away.  Just to well have sometime to me again.  He is really great guy so he always willing to do dishes or help with laundry.  And I do enjoy having another adult around the house during the day before he used to get home and I would talk his ears off.

Welcome!

I guess sometimes its good to hear the good sides of having a hubby that works at home, I mean, I always have someone to talk to.... well unless he's in a meeting, which has been seemingly endless lately! :)

This is very true. I too escape sometimes during the day while he stays with the boys.
Now he is running for State senate and the only time we talk anymore is after the boys are in bed and its just for a few minutes and then its back into the office. I could walk around in nothing but saran wrap and I don't think he'd notice. lol
