I joined this group a few weeks ago, but haven't really had time to poke around :-) I have a 16 month old son named Liam, and a 7 yr old SD named Emmalee that we get EOW. I am a FT student at Le Cordon Bleu going for my associates in Culinary Arts, but I really want to have my own business doing catering, and baking. I LOVE to make pastries, cakes, brownies, cupcakes, cookies etc. I am doing that on the side right now and have been doing mostly birthdays, and some baking for fundraisers and small events. I am currently working on my first wedding cake (excited!!!!!!) that will be at the end of the month. I also am a SAHM while I'm not in school. I am in Garland (right on the border of Richardson) and free after 11 am for play dates etc.
