Unit for Preschoolers 2-4yrs of age appropriate
Can someone guide me as to what is a good unit to start off with for my preschool whom I am homeschooling- I want to start teaching him 2-3days per week and begin on a lesson in 2weeks- so what would be good to start of with?
I dont have a specific book or curriculum.. But you can do:
Community Helpers: (mail man, police officer, fire fighter, EMT,animal control, etc) Talk about each helper for the week, visit where these people work, let them dress up like the helper etc)
Map Skills
I hope this helps a little.

You may also want to google in Preschool Themes.
Here is one to start with. This one deals with Autumn and integrates all of the subject matter into this theme.

I have a three yo and I am babysitting my 2.5yo nephew. I wanted to do a homeschooling type thing with them, so this is very helpful! We don't homeschool our older son, but I think it is very important to teach your children at home and not trust the public system to cover all of your childs needs.
Thanks for the list of resources!
