Leaves and Trees

I am doing a lesson on trees and leaves for the month of October I have lesson from hshighlights.com

it has 5 parts to it. and I will use Arbor Day

I was looking for more to go with Autumn weather They was wondering why some trees leaves fall and changing colors .So I took a acorn from my oak tree and they finally planted it in the ground it only a foot tall so now they want to understand more about trees part so I was wondering if you lovely ladies have any other crafts written work or ideas  for many please Oh we are going to do a paper mac-he tree can wait to see this going to come out LOL first time . so any website anything please .
