Dominican Republic....is a DEAL!!!
Good bargins there!!!! I have friends who have a time share but it can be pretty sad....there are a lot of poor people who beg, or want you to pay them to watch your towl as you go to the water on the beach....

I've been to Turks and Caicos. I didn't see much besides the beach at Margaritaville. Friends rode scooters all over the island. Gotta go back! One down, nine to go!
