Hmmmmm.. dont' know really what to think about this lol.. I like it and I don't like it.. I like the fact that it shows Muslims as "normal" people.. ( if you think normal is a conflicted super hero lol) .. I grew up reading comics and still enjoy a good Marvel Movie with the kids lol.. I know they have a big audience . so. if such a huge number of people can see a Muslim girl being part of this franchise. it may help change the mind of some, or change the misconceptions.. which is good.. but the bad thing is that she is not really a representative of the faith. though she may be representative of a big chunk of the Muslim youth.. ( the attire, the rebellion, the inner struggle..etc)
I guess we will know more once the book comes out?
