Those bandana dresses are SO cute on the little babies, and I thought how cute would those be as shirts on my 7 year old!? So I used the tutorial and walah- these things are AWESOME!!

Lightweight, cover her well enough for my liking, and they LOOK upscale from just a t-shirt, I am just in love!

I only have one more to make- it's a green background with green flowers :) I found 2 packs of the bandanas at the dollar tree! These specific ones are much thinner than the bandana you usually think of, and these are 100% polyester instead of cotton like the old hankeys.

I used lastin to make the sinch across her chest :) I had thought about doing that but wasn't sure how it would look til I saw the top Ang made for Binka and it looked so cute I knew it would turn out awesome!

Those are so cute. How do you make them? How hard was it?

That is simply adorable!  And so easy even I could do it!  I'm definitely going to make one of these for my daughter!

OMG yes they are SOOO easy and fast. I mean 15 minutes start to finish!!

And now that I've got the hang of these, it will be easy to just cut 2 squares of any fabric I like and make shirts like this for her for summer!!

I *HATE* tank tops with a passion. And I do not like form fitting clothing on her. She's kind of chubby, but IMO a 7 y.o. doesn't need to look like her clothes are painted on. So I am just 100% in love with these :)
