Ideas for My Girls Birthday (Cake)

I am new to cafe mom! I am baking my girls birthday cake in September using fondant. Can anyone give me some ideas of what to put on their cakes. I am not really doing a theme at this moment. It is a dual party and they will be 3 and 1. I thought about primary colors or something girly like flowers? Any help I would greatly appreciate it.

Maybe pinks, greens, purples, or yellows. And ya can't really go wrong with using flowers for little girls cakes. If you are going to be making them from fondant, cutters are great! If you don't want to go with flowers then stripes and polk-a-dots are always cute too.

Thank you so much MsEmsMom110 for your suggestions. They are all GREAT ideas. I am thinking about doing exactly that with maybe some butterflies and such. It is going to be so cute! I can't wait to post the pics in September! Thanks again~
