Alright! Let's learn how to say the /f/ or /v/ sound. They stem from the same positioning, but one uses the vocal chords (v) and one doesn't (f).
TECHNICAL EXPLANATION
"The inner border of the lower lip is raised to and touches the upper front teeth.
Have child blow air out of the mouth forming the /f/ sound."
NON-TECHNICAL EXPLANATION :)
Sometimes, you can help the child by having them
BITE YOUR BOTTOM LIP!
Then, they can say the /f/ and /v/ sound. They typically use this technique until they slowly move into the proper positioning.
