I'll serve this with rice and homemade biscuits.

Mexican Cream Cheese Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 jar of your favorite salsa
1 15 oz. can black beans drained
1 16 oz. bag frozen corn
1 8 oz block of cream cheese, cubed and softened

Put the chicken breasts in the crockpot. Add a jar of salsa, a can of drained black beans, and a bag of frozen corn. Put on low for 6 hours- till done.Than add the cubed cream cheese and cook on low another 30 mins or until cream cheese is melted. Mix well and serve in warm tortillas or over rice. If I serve them in tortillas I shred the chicken a little with a fork.
