No seriously my name is Donna and it takes me half the day just to get dressed. I guess I do these things because I can, I am on disability so if I haven't taken my med's before I get out of bed I get up, take them sit on the couch with my coffee and watch an old movie.... Look up at the clock and its 11 already. I have begun to make a list of what I would accomplish that day, sometimes there are check marks, sometimes there aren't. I do on most occasions write them in priority order. Any other suggestions???
I know that if I get out of the house everyday to run an errand I am able to do more things that day. If I have nothing schedule for the day then I am more likely to get up late and the day is off to the wrong start and be the end of the day-I would be totally upset for accomplishing nothing.
