Hi there! My name is Jessica, my daughter's name is Isabella. She'll be 4 in March. Ahh where does the time go!

I've been constantly working out for a year, and have lost 20lbs. I'm not sure how much muscle gained but yea I definitely feel stronger. Cardio is still the bain of my exsistence but I am learning to love it. lol I would and could lift all day if I had the chance. lol I think I've gained a little back other the holidays and recently moved. Sigh...it happens right?!?! lol Just another goal to work towards.

Speaking of goals, mine are currently:

Loose about 10 more lbs.

Complete a competitive event such as a 5k or biathlon and/or triathlon.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone and learning from everyone as well!

Welcome! Congradulations on your weight loss! My goal after having my 2nd baby was to run a 5k and I did and it felt awesome! I have just picked the first 5k I want to run this year in march so I am going to start training for it if you want help, PM me!
