I do not have any advice but did want to tell you that you are not alone. My 4yo daughter does the same thing. I hate it. She wets the bed every night. She will wake up take off her pull up and pee. She also hates clothes and goes naked as much as she can. I struggle daily with this. Hope you find an answer. Good Luck.
Mine was the same way. Still is in fact. What we did is got a pajama pattern put the zipper in the back, the feet were open, I guess it more like a jumper backwards. No diaper or naked problem. Now he keeps his clothes on for school, but there the first things off when he gets home. Although he does keep his underpants on.
For the potty training, for me that was a hit and miss. He's good now, but he won't sit on the pot. I guess it all depends on the kiddos. Mines non verbal so it was a little harder for me.
I hope this kinda helps you. Good Luck!
Alot of the time there cloths bother them , I tried buy shorts and shirts soft with sponge-bob on them finding something he likes a lot that he is interested in help me with that same problem .. With the potty well his father would stand there id show him watch , also I put a kid friendly bathroom all around the toilet , I put stickers all around the toilet bowl , and when i went in there to go id have him visually watch me grunting or push so he can visually see going poop or pee , sounds silly but it worked , Each time you think he needs to go , jus take him in there and sit him down , having you show him time and time again willl teach him that is where U go to the potty .. TOOK me many of moons' it wasn't easy by far , just repetition over and over with a lot or praise and praise more praise when he does do it clapping great jobs rewards work wonders too for my son a lot of children with autism .. .... also with the tags on the cloth bother there skin , find some kind of comfortable material he likes to have on him , trial and error with finding what he will hopefully keep it on .. Good luck , been there it is hard , just take him right in the bathroom and show him to hit the fishie l.o.l is what i did .. the stickers' were fish ... at the time ... oh my any-who . I hear your frustration want you to no your not a lone my son is 20 i still have to use baby wipes for his number 2 sooooo feel ya mama .... HUGS ..
my aspie son wasn't fully day trained until 4 1/2. At 8 he still wets a lot at night, although it might be just a med. condition other than a spectrum thing becaue a nephew (hubs) did this until he was 15. 3 might be pushing it for potty training your autistic son. they are notoriously difficult to train. plastic pants over a diaper and then pants with belt loops. you can put a belt on him backwards that he can't work off on his own. If he is doing this all the time and/or playing with his poop as many do, this might help. Good luck.
