Overalls need to turn into a dress?

 HI,

I am new here, and working on nothing, but I have some dreams and ideas...:-)

My first order of business is to take an extra large pair of men's overalls and turn them into an overall dress?  I simply cannot come up with any other ideas, but I would love some input!  Does anyone know how to do this, or know of a tutorial?
