day one
did the fit test to see progress and i did worse this time around! i do think its do to being sore, but it was really discouraging to lose numbers in it. i am still going to keep going and hope the next test i do better
day two
i was dragging so much today. my mood has plummeted the past few days i just can't get happy or feeli good about anything. too much upsets me lately and it just sucks. i hate feeling like this again
day three
well i rolled my ankle. oww it hurts.
day four
today is our recovery work out. we aren't doing it this morning probably tonight so may ankle can rest a little more
day five
still cant walk to well on my ankle so another day off for me.
yeah i am still pushing through. still have another six weeks to go. then we start p90x. i just hope resting my ankle today will help so i can work out again tomorrow
so we are goign to start back up on week three were we left off so we dont miss anything so i get to relax and continue recovering from my fever
