freezing *Update*

I woke up at 5am with some more contractions. I wanted to go downstairs, have some cocoa, and maybe catch up on some stuff on the dvr. Or maybe, take a shower and start some laundry. But... i decided it's too cold to function and I'm back in bed now.

My heater broke on Thursday and my landlord hasn't gotten around to fixing it. It's 11 degrees right now.

Nothing else to report besides that though. Good morning!

Update: we have heat! The guy just now left, and said the heat should be stabilizing within the hour! I just hope that he's right...

Your landlord needs to fix that! In that type of weather I'd be harassing him. lol It's freezing cold here too. I was so excited because it had been so warm here and then boom...I think we are in the teens here.

Yes your landlord NEEDS to fix that. HE could be violating the law if he doesnt. You need running water..electricity..and heat.

ooo i would be raising hell with my landlord. not okay especially with kiddos and you being preggo. 

its pretty cold here too 17 degrees here and still snowing it snowed all day yesterday.

It's about that cold here in NC too. Plus it has been really windy too, so the wind chill is much lower.

its now 1140am and 22 degrees. Still cold as all heck. Really makes me wish we'd invested in electric blankets. :/

 I'm pretty sure thats against the law.  You need to turn that landlord in.

My landlord just emailed me! Hes sending the guy to fix it "later this afternoon!!" Now that its 26 degrees, its more bearable though.
