When
it comes to summer cooking, I feel like it's all about the side dishes.
With the grill cooking up most of the main courses, I feel like I'm
being constantly asked to "just bring a side" to a host of barbecues and
other summer gatherings. This dish is beyond good and goes well with
most anything. It's called Crack Potatoes. Yes, crack, as in highly addictive, will not be able to stop eating them.
From Plain Chicken, these spuds are a cheesy, creamy, bacon-filled, beautiful thing. As you start with a bag of frozen hash browns, they're incredibly easy to whip up too anytime you need a side dish. In fact, they're so good, you may not even need a main course.
