I just lost ten, so I would love to lose another fifteen
Ladies let's make small changes together and then everyday we can come here and say it, for example, one small thing is to stop drinking soday (if this applies to you obviously), so everyday we can drop by and say, not one soda today! LOL that is a small accomplishment that I am sure we can handle....What do you think ??! I think if we do it together and then post it, we'll be more accountable and motivated.
5-10 but I'd be happy with just toning up(a lot)..
