How often do you pick up the toys in your living room?

I feel like I pick them up like three times a day. Sometimes, I wonder why i bother?

I have the kids pick them up every night before they go to bed and put them away. I got tired of doing it so now I don't

 I used to have a basket in my living room that I had toys in and I would pick toys up probably 20 times a day until I got rid of it. I still allow toys in the living room though, but I make the kids help out. Usually I put all the toys away in the afternoon/evenings. I let them stay throughout they day unless they just are bringing too much into the living room.

Yea, I have a big toy box. He enjoys taking everythign out!

However, my dd is 8 mos, and i have to vacuum about three times a day to keep ants away from her nacking there.
