Let's post our holiday ideas!  Christmas, Hannukah... any holidays!

An easy and cheap way of making any type of ornament is to mix flour, a small amount of salt, and water together until it is a doughy mass, then form it into the design you wish!  I generally design them manually, but you can also use cookie cutters and the like to make it quick.  Then you poke a hole in the top and bake at around 250 degrees until hard, and paint how you like!  I use ribbon to thread through the hole, myself, but you can use string or yarn if you like as well.

We use little beads (thorughout the year) to write what we are grateful for.  Then at Christmas we string them up and put them on the tree

What an easy dough ornament idea.  I think I'll do that with the kids.  Thanks.

we did something similiar to this i got off pinterest yesterday. It turned out pretty well, if I had remembered to put the holes in the top!
