I started this about a week ago and I am already seeing a difference in my tush and thighs.


Have you tried or started any workouts recently

I am dieting now so I am about to start back walking now that it is not hellish cold outside. I'm just mad at myself for forgetting and drinking sweet tea just now. Ugh. 

But 50 squats on day one? You trying to kill me? lol

Squats would kill me!!!  I swim, does that count (don't ask how many laps, I don't know, I just swim for 2 hours.)
