Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. This year I am stuffing it. I will take the stuffing out while the turkey rests and give it a few minutes in the oven to make sure it is done.

We always do.  Wealso make another batch of stuffing and add stuffing from the turkey to it and mix it all together.  The flavors are wonderful.

We are very careful and check temperatures and all before we serve it.  We have never been worried about food poisoning.

I never do simply because it tends to make the Turkey dry.  It's much tastier making it stove top and serving it as a side.

Honestly I have found that using a wet stuffing and lots of basting doesnt give me a dry bird.   I do have to put the stuffing back in but as another mentioned its probably safer to do so anyhow.

We cook our turkey in a turkey bag.  It comes out moist and juicy each and every time.  My mouth is watering looking forward to it.
