Amanda Knox verdict due today

If you have been following the Amanda Knox trial the jury has the case and they expect a verdict at any point today.

It's really interesting how the courts work in Italy.  The jury is made up of eight people, six Italian citizens and two judges.  If there is a tie the judges get to vote twice, so it doesn't sound like they need a unanimous 'guilty' verdict convict someone of a crime.

So what do you think they will decide?  Do you think she is guilty?

Is this the one accused of killing her roommate? I haven't followed it much. Just thought she was pretty cold to be kissing on her BF outside of the house while the cops investitgated the crime. Is that the one?

Doesn't it seem odd that there was no physical evidence of her ever having been in the room where the person died?  That there were fingerprints all over the place, but none of them hers?  I can't say she didn't have anything to do with it, but such a lack of evidence suggests either forsight or innocence of having killed the girl.

I think she's innocent.  No physical evidence in that bloodbath seems extremely unlikely if she was there.  As for kissing her boyfriend - grief and shock causes people to act in many different ways - if you're in a foreign country and something so horrific happened, I would think it would be natural to cling to someone close to you.

I agree. She's innocent. The killer has already been convicted. And the kissing? Sometimes I laugh at really innappropriate times.out of nervousness...I would hate to have that influence wether I spend the rest of my life in prison.

I think she's innocent too..  not enough evidence for me.

I do think however the verdict is going to come back guilty.

I've always thought she was innocent. Has the verdict came in yet?
