Anyone in / from, know anyone, ever been to, once saw a picture of, you get the gist, New Orleans?  Would LOVE if the Saints won, but in the past few years the cities that win major sporting events end up having near riots.  The fans are so excited, and usually drunk, their celebrations tend to get out of hand and some dumbass usually starts a fire and then everything goes downhill from there...
