Can my 20 month old be claustrophobic?

Since she was born she has always hated getting her clothes on and Off. She freaks out if her head is stuck in the shirt for longer than a second. I'm not over exaggerating at all either. Every single time we change her she screams and crys. I cant find anything on the net about it... Any ideas?

Just curious, how do you respond to her when she freaks out?

It could be a lot of things.  She might not like clothing it can be uncomfortable after all.  It may just be that getting dressed is not something she thinks is necessary.

My grandson hated clothes and it could be a challenge to get him dressed and to keep him dressed as well.

Will she climb into small spaces on her own, like under the coffee table behind the couch etc?

How far you go in life depends on your being: tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of both the weak and strong.  Because someday in life you would have been one or all of these.  GeorgeWashingtonCarver

She likes being dressed. She doesnt really like being naked. She doesnt go in small places either. We tried taking her in the mcdonalds play place and even when i went up with her she was freaking out. My oldest never had this kind of behavior at her age.
