Religious Wars

How do you explain all the terrible things that people have done in the name of God? What about all the wars that have been fought over religion?

I have always wondered this....I mean if we are all supposed to be God's children and he loves us all, aren't we going against Him when we continue fighting over whose religion is right?

Yes, we are going against God when we do this.

That's why I get soooo frustrated when people try to equate God with the humans that are "acting in His name".

The evil committed in His name is committed by HUMANS, not by God.  Don't blame Him for our stupidity.

So true...and it comes from all religions, not just one.

Just another reason why we should get rid of all religions.

Why?

Religion isn't the problem, PEOPLE are.

If we're going to solve the problem, we need to get rid of the people, not the religion.

If we can't agree on one then there should be none.

I think people have the right to religion. And all religions should be allowed. But all religions, should stop condemning other religions for what they believe.
