Do you play on your computer at work?

Is it widely acceptable or frowned upon where you work?

I am on a work computer right now.  We are a very small office (only 3 of us).  I sneak on here when I can but I try to keep it short.

It is frowned upon, but we do it anyway.

We go through like 30-90 min at a time with NOTHING to do and we can't leave our desks as we are attached to headsets.

Some of us read or play cards. One guy knits. Mostly we surf the net.

I used to when I worked but I was also encouraged to use social networking sites by my bosses that wanted us to do research.

I'm the owner and I haven't fired myself yet.

I spend a lot of time researching, waiting on data, emailing and contracting--so I hop on to play time in between quite a bit.

I figure it makes me a great multi tasker--resume' booster for when I DO fire myself :)
