Do you think state's should set aside money to help with gambling addictions?

Especially if they have state run lotteries?

If you set up gambling to use money for the state budget then some of that should be set aside to help gambling addiction.  While people are responsible for themselves, most governments set up gambling with the knowledge that they are going to have this issue.  Take advantage of people and put money aside to assist them.

The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.

do they for other addictions? if so, then yes...if not, no.

no - but then I think the gov't is way too far up our asses as it is. the last thing we need is another bureaucracy to endure and finance.
