White Friday?

According to the National Weather Service, there is a chance for snow showers Thanksgiving night, Nov. 25. The chance of precipitation on Thanksgiving night is 50 percent with a low around 27 degrees.

Whether it snows or not, shoppers will truly feel the holiday chill with a high on Black Friday, Nov. 26, of 36 degrees and a low around 23.

The weather could play a role in how many early shoppers there are on Black Friday.

With stores like Kohl’s opening at 3 a.m.; Target, Sears and Macy’s opening at 4 a.m.; and GameStop and Best Buy at 5 a.m., will crowds wait until the sun comes up?

It will be interesting to see how big the crowd will be at theCincinnati Premium Outlets, where many of the stores will open at midnight.

With a high near 72 today, Nov. 22, the likelihood of snow seems slim. However, according to numerous weather reports it appears that it will be cold enough this Black Friday.

It's 75 here now and Thursday is projected at 43 ... we'll see if that happens. Still no snow, though. :(

Actually no. I was wondering if there was a such thing as white friday.

I guess this was bait.

We are ahead of the storm.... with our snow coming, yesterday, today and tomorrow.

Outlook
A cold front packed with ARCTIC air is headed for Utah.Windy conditions will prevail on Tuesday and the frontal passage should occur very late in the evening;BLIZZARD conditons are then likely into Wednesday mid-day with high temperatures crashing into the teens. We will then remain super cold through Thanksgiving Day with a few lake effect snow squalls. Meteorolgist Len Randolph, Live 5 Weather HD Monday,22 November 2010.

ETA: The blue for the temps, mean's it's colder than normal.... our average high the end of November is 35-40

I did expect some thing else.

But the low here in WI is suppose to be 4 on black friday morning, not sure if there will be snow or not.  Glad I am not going out shopping.

**Sorry it suppose to be a low of 5 and a High of 23 with snow showers.***

Lol, I'm with Bxbsmommy, we will have a nice Sunny day, thank God. This town looked like a ghost town when we got 4-6 inches of snow last winter, lol.
