Sometimes even though I do everything within my power to help others and reach out a hand.  It just comes back to bite me. I don't know why people expect me to come cater to them and everything they need to do.  I have 5 kids 3 of which have special needs.  I help when I can that is all I can do.

Learn to say no and don't let anyone try to make you feel guilty when you do!

You know what is in your heart. Only look inside. What others think of you doesn't matter. If you really are doing all that you can and honestly, don't let it get you down.

Set your boundries and say no. People ask because they know you will say yes.

I have mastered saying no. It's better to say no initially than to say yes and flake out later.
