Medicaid

State run health insurance for people that are below income level be it child or adult.

In your opinion, should Medicaid cover all services private insurances "usually" cover? Or should this Insurance only cover medically necessary services? Should those less fortunate only receive basic level care since it is free and used by tax payer monies or should it cover all services?

Just a few examples of what Medicaid does cover that would not be considered medically necessary:

 Acne treatment

Homone replacement therapy for transgendered people

 Birth Control

 ED Meds-Erectile Dysfunction

That's all I could come up with off the top of my head, but you get the general question.
