He wants to be able to leave his house, and have access to have visits with his grandchilren.
I swear this man is a pure idiot.
People are saying he belongs in jail, which I agree 100%, but they paid bail in full.
This man lives in front of a school, and he has been on his deck acting weird and watching the children. I think he should have to move out of his house, convicted or not.
His trial date is set for May 14th. Guess my TV will be set on TruTV, This is one trial I am looking forward toward.

What still amazes me is that, given the charges, he's not in a prison cell awaiting trial. The current big story about the teachers who got yanked for allegedly doing all kinds of gross and harmful things to their students are in jail on multi-MILLION dollar amounts of bail. But not this guy? Really?? No, Jerry. You don't get to see your grandkids, or any other kids, until all this is sorted out. And get him off the deck, too. He can toss his biscuits indoors, thx.

If you pay bail, you don't have to sit in a cell until your court date.
I agree with you though, he should be in a cell, and shouldn't be able to be out of the house, even on the deck since he lives beside a school!

They don't need pictures to prove this act was going on. There are too many victims, one who might even be his own grandson.
He is guilty of the crime, his trial date is set for May 14th.
