I read it. It doesn't answer my question. It does mention that a similar law was defeated in Texas. Last time I checked, a state cannot override the federal government on matters that pertain to federal agencies, which the TSA is. Their employees are federal employees, not state employees. I am not sure what they are hoping to accomplish with this.

Oh, and 9/11 was not an inside job. You can throw all the conspiracy theories that you want at us but it doesn't make them right.

How can a state pass a law criminalizing a federal agency?

Quoting mrs007:

that's understandable but TSA agents shouldn't be worried if they are doing what they feel is justified. the blame is to those that abuse their power

I didn't say they were the same...I said they are connected. they work together.

terrorist is a broad term btw...and police officers do pat downs when they have probable cause, well that's gonna change with the passing of NDAA...TSA agents usually don't and have violated rights of the handicapped, elderly, and children.

Your ISSUE is with your GOVERNMENT, not TSA, for the love of GOD!

Well, no. The government passes the laws and TSA enforces them. Big difference.

And my point is, TSA does not make laws. The government does. So, again, your beef is with your government. I mean, a police officer is connected to the government, but it is not the cops fault the government passes laws he has to enforce, whether he likes it or not. Most of the PO's I know feel MJ should not be illegal. Do you think the government cares? You and Alaska are blaming the wrong group. Of course, this country is good at picking the wrong group to blame.

And right now the ones abusing their POWER is the Congress! TSA does what they are told. Period.

first problem is you think it was scientifically impossible for them to fall.

It's not.   Steel melts at 1200.   Jet fuel burns between 800-1500.

They were not solid.  They had steel beams around a central core.   They didn't have to melt.   They just had to shift for it to collapse.

But like I said, you don't care about science but about the tin foil.

No, actual construction engineers and people involved in the study.  You tell me I learned this from foxnews when you post a link to a blog?   Yeah, I'll go with the actual science.

But like I said, you don't want to believe the science and just the tinfoil.

TSA is a joke.

Airports need to stop using the TSA, and hire private screening companies to do their searches (which by the way, airports have the right to do).

ETA: Oh, and I live in Alaska. We are not all uneducated, and I think Mrs. Cissna should be commended on standing up for our rights.
