Well, no. The government passes the laws and TSA enforces them. Big difference.
And my point is, TSA does not make laws. The government does. So, again, your beef is with your government. I mean, a police officer is connected to the government, but it is not the cops fault the government passes laws he has to enforce, whether he likes it or not. Most of the PO's I know feel MJ should not be illegal. Do you think the government cares? You and Alaska are blaming the wrong group. TSA is a joke.
Airports need to stop using the TSA, and hire private screening companies to do their searches (which by the way, airports have the right to do).
ETA: Oh, and I live in Alaska. We are not all uneducated, and I think Mrs. Cissna should be commended on standing up for our rights.
