IF A COP STOPPED YOU AND DEMANDED YOU STRIP TO YOUR BRA AND PANTIES.. AND THEN WALK FOR A MILE DOWN THE ROAD.. EVEN IF IT WAS ON THE SIDE AND YOU WERE SAFE AND NOT GONNA GET HIT.. WE ALL KNOW  PEOPLE WOULD SUE THE COP... SO.. WHY IS IT OK AT THE BEACH.. AND NOT FOR THE COP..JUST ASKING!?

I agree with you though, they are the same thing, for the most part. Hell, most panties and bra probably cover more.

Usually, you wear bikinis at the beach or swimming pool. People don't normally wear bathing suits out and about in town (unless there's a beach near by).

I find it sad that you don't grasp the concept that there is a difference between choosing to wear a swimsuit at the beach, and having someone in a position of power and trust order you to strip down to your bra and panties. Following that logic, if you choose to have sex with your husband/significant other/other consenting adult, there is no difference between that and a cop ordering you to fuck him.

I live in GA and never seen that, unless they are coming or going swimming. Then again, there are no beaches near by.

I agree with that. That's why I generally don't wear bathing suits. I hate my body, so exposing myself even a little bit is terrifing for me. I also really dont wear shorts and I live in florida!

It's all about context.  Also many people don't wear bikinis at the beach either.
