Okay...I just got off the phone with the very pleasant customer service lady. She took my dissatisfaction completely seriously and offered 3 options. 1) Send a replacement bouquet. 2) Refund the total amount I paid. 3) Issue an "in-store coupon for $25 over the cost of my order, including shipping/delivery fees.
I chose option #3. I always want to give a company a chance to make things right. They seemed to really want to do that. I will give them another opportunity to show they aren't horrible. I will use the coupon to send my sister a nice birthday surprise. This time, I will choose a plant or gift basket so that my sister doesn't have to arrange the bouquet. :)

I sent my sister a bouquet of flowers for mother's day. I used an online website to order & pay for it. I realize that the examples of the bouquets that you see will be a little different than the one that is actually delivered. However, I think this is a little too different.
What do you think? Should I call and complain? This is what I ordered:

omg....seeing them side by side like that is horrible. I am definitely calling.
That freaking bouquet looks like what your 5 year old would pull from the garden and stuff into a vase.
The ones they delivered look nothing like the one pictured, they definitely do not look as pretty.
