Ohio dad allegedly kills wife, then has son call 911 to report the murder

Did anyone else read about this? It's really terrible. For some reason I found it more disturbing than other similarly awful stories that have made headlines lately. :(

An Ohio man stabbed his ex-wife to death outside his apartment, then had his 13-year-old son call police before calmly getting on the phone himself.

"My dad just killed my mom. He just told me to call you guys," the son said, based on a recording of the 911 call released by the Grove City Police Department. "He just ran outside and killed my mom. And she's laying in the grass in front of the apartment."

Jeremy Roberts, 38, is in custody and will be charged with murder in connection with his ex-wife Candice Roberts' death, police said.

That is horrible. Their son will have to live with that for the rest of his life. I hope he gets the help that he needs.

How terrible! That poor kid!!!!! :( This makes me so sad...what is wrong with people today? I protect my kids all I can but i'm not sure if they outside world is even remotely safe like it used to be when I was little.

What the hell is wrong with people?!?! That poor kid will probably never get that image out of his head and will never have his mom back. I hope the dad rots.

That's sad...that man will pay for that in prison. Anything involving kids even most criminals look down on and his ass is  gunna get tore up (probably literally). Hopefully this boy seeks some counseling.
