i'm glad he is spending the rest of his life in jail......i've got the in session recorded from all last week and this week....i've not been able to watch any of it yet...i'm saving for my legal classes, just in case.
his wife, needs to be arrested and in jail as well, so does mcquaery, and our governor needs to be taken out of office as well....graham and the other dude need to be in jail as well, they as presidents of the school should've gone to the police and taken care of it like joe was told, and they did nothing.
i was watching cnn this afternoon, and they showed the video of his lawyers....fucking pathetic......this man thinks this dirtbag is still innocent, because in other cases the jury has made mistakes....fucking morons

i don't need to read that book.as a sexual abuse victim myself, i know the signs....if anyone even looks like a creeper or anything, we move away from them.
i am so sorry you were a victim. if you ever feel up to it, please share some signs so we can know what to be on the lookout for, in our children and the children of others. if you don't feel up to that i totally respect and understand it.
it's hard to tell of signs...i just get this gut feeling that if some one is harmful.
the man who raped me, was a neighbor, we hung out all of the time, he called my mom mom, helped my grandma with the lawn and etc. so there were no signs of it happening.
it can be anyone honestly, he could be your best friend....but i would keep an eye on how the children act after they are around anyone.
i'm sorry, i meant what signs do we look for once a child has been violated. its hard for me to understand that a child who has been abused does not act different so when a parent does not pick up on this i just don't understand. i would know in a minute if my child was acting strange. however, as i am around a lot of children at times, what signs am i looking for in them in case they are being abused in their own homes and need help but don't say so?
it's very hard to deteremine, as after i was raped, i was up all day and night, didn't eat, and was on my computer all of the time...my mom just thought i was sick because of the heat.i would say to look out for lack of sleep, not eating, how they go to the bathroom etc....but yes it's very difficult at points, because like i said, my mom just thought i was sick because of the heat we had that summer.

no problem...i've got no problem telling parents what to watch out for in these cases....i don't like to talk about what happened though, that hits a rough spot.
he was sentences to two years of jail time and 12 years of probabtion, has to register the rest of his life, and can not be around his child alone.....he served about 14 months of his sentence, than was released, and violated probabtion, and the last time i checked a year ago, he was in jail.
