Sandusky still eligible for $4,900/month state pension

He's been convicted of 45 child molestation charges, but former Penn State Assistant Football Coach Jerry Sandusky might be able to keep collecting his state pension, worth $59,000 per year.

State pension rules list a host of crimes that would allow a pension to be revoked - but they are mostly crimes relating to public office, like financial crimes or lying under oath. Legal contributor Paul Callan is OutFront tonight on an issue that has a lot of people outraged.

Should he still be able to collect his state pension?

No he should not be able to still collect his pension. That's absolutely ridiculous.

In sure if the victims sue civilly they could take it away as compensatory. He might have to pay some into a victims fund as well.
