Sandusky still eligible for $4,900/month state pension
He's been convicted of 45 child molestation charges, but former Penn State Assistant Football Coach Jerry Sandusky might be able to keep collecting his state pension, worth $59,000 per year.
State pension rules list a host of crimes that would allow a pension to be revoked - but they are mostly crimes relating to public office, like financial crimes or lying under oath. Legal contributor Paul Callan is OutFront tonight on an issue that has a lot of people outraged.
