I am in the same boat, I am very undecided at this point on who to go with.  Neither Obama or Romney has really discussed on what they plan to get this country back on track and help all Americans.  I will just have to do some soul searching and hope for the best.

I honestly think that this election could be alot better. We need politicians who dont seem so closely related. They are both scary. Everyone gripes about how Obama hasn't done anything in the past 4 years he's been in office...infact they want to point out what he hasnt done. But noone can clean up this kind of mess in 4 years not even a stay at home mom who knows how to run a tight ship. As for Romney...instead of pointing out what Obama doesnt/cant do...tell me some really great things you're going to do...and not just for my vote but what you're really planning to do. Both of these candidates show only one thing. They both look great on screen....I need to know who their stylist is....

I will be voting Obama this go around. Romney wants to pad pockets of those who don't need it with the money we who have real lives scrape to have. I don't know much of anything on ObamaCare except hearsay. Should read it I guess. I read a comment on the first page of this discussion talking about United Healthcare for example and how they want to referral you to death (insurance that is). My children have United Healthcare and we have not needed a single referral as when we had regular medicaid before the change we fought with my son's Pediatricians when we would have to change doctors due to them not doing him right just to get referrals for his appointments with specialist. Happily with United Healthcare he does not need anymore referrals at all to see his specialist. :)

Back on the note of the poltics. My husband (who hates Obama and wishes he was in fact not the president anymore) registered to vote first time ever in his life. He will be voting for Obama as well.

Quoting BannerElkHogans:

I'm voting for neither 1 of them! an the  VP should be Chris Kristies , Obamacare is unconstitutional-because the Government cannot make you buy any product for any reason, therefore the Government is WRONG!

In America we can mandate car insurance but we cannot mandate health insurance.  Let me say again Obamacare only lets us know which of the uninsured we are paying for.  Do we send the sick home without treatment when they arrive at the emergency rooms.

Hi Duets - I'm not real up on the health care problem, but do wish Congress would make it legal to purchase Health insurace across state lines.  If they did, the mere competition between the companies would drive the cost way down.  They wouldn't make so much money but, oh well!  I'm voting for Romney for many reasons, but health care is one of them. Obama care forces Americans to buy insurance (very unAmerican) but more importantly, the taxpayers will have to pay for the health insurance of those who say they can't afford to buy into Obamacare.  No wonder the Congressional Budget office says our taxes are going to sky-rocket under Obama in the next four years!

But will you be able to stay on United Healthcare under Obama care and will you be able to afford it as you have to pay for those who claim they can't.  I urge  you to think again before voting for Obama.

In my little town of Piedmont we vote in what's called the community building...I drove down there a little bit ago and it's lined up out into the parking lot...cold and rainy here so I circled around and came back home...will try again in a few hours or this afternoon. Never seen so many people there this early!!!!...That's a good thing... .....Oh and I'm voting for Obama and so is my husband...we are registered  Republicans but there is just something about Romney that just does not ring true...
