Political bumper stickers and yard signs. Do you profess your love for you candidate?
Do you profess your preference for your political candidate? Do you have yard signs and/or bumper stickers? Have you ever volunteered for a candidate?
Or do you prefer to keep your candidate choice on the down low?
If you don't mind telling us your preference, tell me why you chose this candidate. Do you go strictly on a party ticket? Or do you choose the man/woman based on their views?
I don't do yard signs or bumper stickers or anything like that. 1) I've never felt that strongly about a candidate before. 2) I prefer to keep my voting choices on the down low in most cases (my dad was that way, wouldn't even reveal who he voted for even after the election, and I sort of picked that up from him)
The only thing I did do that is even remotely like what you are talking about is that I donated $ to Minnesotans United for All Families in support of the Vote NO campaign. They are sending me a "Vote NO" bracelet in return and I will wear that bracelet to show my support.
Not usually, but my daughter asked if we could put an Obama/Biden sign in our yard this coming October / November...so we will
This is from our old polling place in 2008

We are in a city that is covered with signs, including in front yards.
Personally, no, I don't put up signs or bumper stickers. We were actually asked to by a supporter of a man we do not want to see in office.
I don't mind the signs IF they were well maintained and not saturating the front yards and street corners, but they're not.
As for who I am voting for? No one unless I do decide to go Third Party. Neither Romney nor Obama appeal to me as our nation's future president and I refuse to give either man my vote or pick "the lesser of two evils."
I vote Republican. So I will be voting for Romney. He is a strong leader for our country who will bring more jobs and businesses to our country. He will support our military. He is against abortion and gay rights which I am too. He will also get our debt under control. Obama hasn't done anything for our country except cause more debt, caused people to lose jobs and he only supports gays and people on welfare. Not a a good president in my book. We will be doomed if he stays president for 4 more years.
I need to get a sign and will soon.
If our home was situated differently I would have no problem putting a yard sign in our yard to show our support for a candidate. We do not put bumper stickers on our cars.
I'm extremely liberal so I vote for the candidate that best represents my views, they are always Democrats so I vote for them although many dems aren't nearly as liberal as id like them to be :-)
Nope. Who I choose to vote for doesn't need to be advertised. Plenty of people have yard signs around here but most of them are for the local elections.
I have nothing on my car either. These days, people take things to the extreme and I am not going to give any one any ammo to put in their loaded minds to determine what kind of person I am by a bumper sticker or a yard sign. It isn't worth it to me to take that chance.
