Amber Alert Still Out For 10-Year Old Jessica Ridgeway of Colo.
According to the news, the girl's parents are in a custody battle. I only hope it was her father or a relative who took her. She's been missing since Friday, when she never made it to school. Her mom works a night shift and was asleep when the school called. Isn't there supposed to be an alternate emergency number to call?
This is just so frightening. To think of her, traumatized and alone. I think of all the times I let my daughter ride the city bus to school, or go out alone, and it sends shivers up my spine.
