Biden Claims He Voted Against Afghanistan, Iraq Wars

BY:

Vice President Joe Biden accused Rep. Paul Ryan of putting two wars on the “credit card,” and then suggested he voted against the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

“By the way, they talk about this great recession like it fell out of the sky–like, ‘Oh my goodness, where did it come from?’” Biden said. “It came from this man voting to put two wars on a credit card, at the same time, put a prescription drug plan on the credit card, a trillion dollar tax cut for the very wealthy.”

“I was there, I voted against them,” Biden continued. “I said, no, we can’t afford that.”

Then Sen. Biden voted for the Afghanistan resolution on Sept. 14, 2001 which authorized “the use of United States Armed Forces against those responsible for the recent attacks launched against the United States.”

And on Oct. 11, 2002, Biden voted for a resolution authorizing unilateral military action in Iraq, according to the Washington Post.

Yes he lied, he always lies. Obama is the worst but what do you expect from a socialist pig.

President Obama has emulated Lenin in striving to increase state control over such “commanding heights” of our economy as energy, health care, finance, and education, with smaller forays into food, transportation and undoubtedly some areas I am overlooking.

Besides mimicking some of Lenin’s policy strategies, Obama also has adopted Karl Marx’s strategies for gradually socializing an economy. Before I spell out the Marxian nature of many of Obama’s policies, let me emphasize that I am not calling Obama a “Marxist-Leninist, period.” “Marxist-Leninist” connotes the brutal totalitarian police state of the late, unlamented Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. There is no comparison between Barack Obama’s statism and the genocidal, gulag-riddled regime of the Soviet Communists. That being said, Obama’s economic program is taken directly, if not deliberately, from the Marxist-Leninist playbook, and on that basis one may say that Obama tends toward Marxist-Leninist economics. Besides adopting the Leninist strategy of seeking greater control over the commanding heights of the economy, if one reviews Marx’s 10-point platform for how to socialize a country’s economy in stages (“The Communist Manifesto,” chapter two), one finds that Team Obama and his congressional progressive allies have taken actions to further the goals laid out in all 10 of the planks in the Marx platform.

Socialist pig? Maybe he realized that what was done before him obviously wasn't working, people dying from the lack of healthcare, public schools failing, gas going up, financial market crash because of deregulation, tax breaks for the wealthy.... So do you think there shouldn't be any socialized programs?

No government sponsored programs are different from a socialistic government. I've lived in a socialistic government and unless you lived in one you have no idea how it runs, ruins and commands your life.

There are different degrees of socialism, I have lived in a socialist welfare state and that was actually not bad at all. But how would you want to fix the healthcare, fuel, and education crisis?

Actually I am with Romney when he said not all if Obamacare is bad. But the taxes that come with it and the depletion of Ss is a no no. However people don't understand that aol of this has to be paid for through tax increases which will be on the middle class.
Education sorry to say this but a 3rd world country is ahead of us and they don't have computers in every classroom. Bottom line, get rid of no child left behind, it ties the school systems hands. Also get rid of the federal school branch, put Tue power back with the state for starters. Fuek, energy is the easiest, all home made NO MORE overseas oil, French made windmills, Chinese made solar panels.

No child left behind came from Bush, and it has been said many times that the Romney/Ryan economic plan will NOT work without increasing taxes, and they seem pretty adamant about making sure that the wealthy will keep their tax cuts, so who do you think will end up paying more in taxes? And Obama has given money to energy companies because he agrees with you, energy should be homemade and we need to find a way to make that happen.

Point - no party is better, only the individual wanting what's best for America. Obama have money to energy companies but look where the work was being done. France, China, that's not US. So he messed up there. I said it once I will it a million times. Obama has great ideas but the road he choosing to travel to get there, in my eyes, unacceptable. Like Obamacare. He talked originally about how he wanted an insurance for everyone just like the military, chi, government employees have. We have so many on the insurance the rates are cheap. But he went completely to free and whatnot. If only the politicians would do something truly radical. I said during the last election, I soups have voted for the Clinton/McCain ticket. Imagine that mmmmmm
