How many of you would say she deserved it?

be thankful you have a life, and forsake your vain and presumptious desire for a second one.
Quoting D.O.E.:this is very obviously about rape, lol. and no, of course not. men walk around topless all the time, and we don't rape them!
Quoting ashellbell:
You're not getting what she's written on her body?
Quoting AliKatAK47:Deserved what?
No one asks for it, but common sense often times can prevent it!
No noone deserves rape but I would argue she is not sending a good message.
I love her point. It doesn't matter what a person is wearing, NO MEANS NO.
Quoting dustinsmom1:Its legal in many states for women to go topless.
Topless Laws
Friday 19 October 2012 - 02:38:38The green colored states are those where top freedom is in effect. The orange colored ones have amibiguous state laws on the matter. The red colored ones are the ones where the mere showing of the female breast in public is illegal according to state law.Though the majority of states are top free, some cities in those states have passed (unconstitutional) ordinances that annul the state's top free statute. The following cities are officially topless "tested":
- Asheville, NC
- Austin, TX,
- Boulder, CO
- Columbus, OH
- Eugene, OR
- Honolulu, HI
- Keene, NH
- Key West, FL at Fantasy Fest
- Madison, WI,
- New Orleans, LA, at Mardi Gras
- New York City
- Portland, Or,
- Santa Fe, NM
- South Miami Beach, FL (on the beach)
- Washington, DC
I know it's a serious question, but trying to be funny here, since when USA acquired Ontario as a state of the USA? Miss that one in history class!! Lol
But on the serious note here, as a a victim of rape, it doesn't matter NO MEANS NO

Of course she is not asking for it. Women don't ask for it.
But women who are fully clothed in a winter coat and hat and boots also get raped. Rape is NOT sexual. No, it is control , it is a way to hurt. So, she is not sending the right message. She's standing there with her boobs hanging out ...silly....thinking that men rape topless women. Not so. Its not about sex.

Her point is is that women have been told they were asking for it by the way they dressed.
There was a woman who was raped and her attacker got off because she was wearing skinny jeans. The judge agreed that she had to have consented because the attacker argued he could never have gotten them off without her help
Even though the pants were torn
