How many of you would say she deserved it?

be thankful you have a life, and forsake your vain and presumptious desire for a second one.
Only in America is being topless a big deal, however, and since it is.. if she's not at the beach and she's disrespecting herself and others by "going against the grain".. then so be it.. Of course, no one has a right to lay on hand on her but she's giving the impression that it's ok..
Quoting Dzyre1115:No one asks for it, but common sense often times can prevent it!
No, it cannot and this is a fallacy known as the "Just World" theory.

Quoting lga1965:Of course she is not asking for it. Women don't ask for it.
But women who are fully clothed in a winter coat and hat and boots also get raped. Rape is NOT sexual. No, it is control , it is a way to hurt. So, she is not sending the right message. She's standing there with her boobs hanging out ...silly....thinking that men rape topless women. Not so. Its not about sex.
Her point is is that women have been told they were asking for it by the way they dressed.
There was a woman who was raped and her attacker got off because she was wearing skinny jeans. The judge agreed that she had to have consented because the attacker argued he could never have gotten them off without her help
Even though the pants were torn
