be thankful you have a life, and forsake your vain and presumptious desire for a second one.

Being topless wouldn't inspire rape because rape is not sexual---it is control, it is a man overpowering a woman to hurt her and its not at all sexy or romantic so the boobs are not an issue. Why is she topless? Doesn't she get why men rape?Or is she telling people she knows why men rape and that her boobs are not the issue? Anyway---its kinda inappropriate,I think.I'm confused as to the topless thing.

Quoting mehamil1:

I bet she's participating in some kind of rally, like a slut walk.

She's topless. So what? Does that give anyone the right to harrass her or rape her? No. It doesn't.

Quoting GOBryan:

And yet... she's topless in a place she shouldn't be.

Quoting Stephanie329:
Actually, she's writing that she's not - right on her body.
Quoting GOBryan:

Only in America is being topless a big deal, however, and since it is.. if she's not at the beach and she's disrespecting herself and others by "going against the grain".. then so be it.. Of course, no one has a right to lay on hand on her but she's giving the impression that it's ok..

Ummm... She's STILL not asking for "it". She could be entirely nude, drunk and pole dancing and STILL not asking for it, unless she says hey I want it.

There are a million steps you can take to prevent yourself from being assaulted, really you don't know that?

Quoting Dzyre1115:

No one asks for it, but common sense often times can prevent it!

No, it cannot and this is a fallacy known as the "Just World" theory.

Nobody ever deserves it.

Nope...but the risk of being molested rises significantly if attire or lack of it is presented around drunk people or just warped people.

Wasn't sure how to word my reply.  Read  yours.  I agree.

I have personally believed for a long time that the solution for men being incapable of controlling themselves upon espying women (in any form or style of dress or undress) is really very simple:

Put out their eyes.

Always solve the problems at the root of them.

Walking around completely naked does not inspire rape.

However, the message on her chest may attract a rapist even if it were on a bulky turtle neck long sleeve flour sack.

The only thing she's asking for is cancer (smoking is bad, mmmkay)...and a razor to trim up that rainforesty bush that is peeking out of her skirt.
