Why is it 2000 to 2008 is "all Bush's fault" but the last four years its "Obama doesnt have that much power, it's all congress"
Personally I believe a majority is congress but it's Obama's job to try to get them to work together and get both sides to compromise. And not always say, "I will not sign that if it includes..."
