Why do managers think they can treat crew members mean and talk  to them like theyare stupid?

I am sorry this is happening to you! If the manager will not listen then go to their manager! But before you go above their head make sure everyone is doing the job assigned and not being rude or disrespectful to management or customers

yes,I have been looking for something else.  It is really hard out there!!
