Chicago area:Walmart milk=$1.98/gal. Dominick's milk =$4.25/gal. I love Walmart.
BTW,gas prices here are $4.20/gallon.

Lol. I don't know "why" it is cheaper, but this is why we go there for milk.
I am in northern il, (Antioch area) and gas here is 3.89. I'm thinking that is your nice Cook Co taxes at work. If I go over the border into WI, it is 10 cents cheaper.

Oh wow. Our grocery store milk is 2.69 for the cheap stuff, 2.99 for Lucerne...and I'm pretty sure our walmart price is about the same. Crazy the price differences. I think I paid 3.55ish for gas on Sunday. (Seattle area, by the way).
